This actor from an acting family used to be the most famous in the family then went through a not as famous and is back to being most famous. He also drinks so much that he is bloated and out of shape and looks awful. Combined with his reluctance to shower, he is a piece of work.

If enty intends this to be Alec Bladwin, his "clues" are awful.
Alec has always been the most famous Baldwin, even in his least succesful years. Billy was at his peak in Sliver (1993), during which time Alec was still headlining (Malice).
I'm not doubting that Alec is bloated and drunk, just that enty's assessment is rubbish.
Agreed it could be Matt Dillon, as Kevin was arguably more famous at the height of Entourage.
