you know sometimes I feel celebrities really underestimate the public props, new fans, positive PR they'd get from just coming out and saying hey, I am mentally ill - and I can still triumph.
I also think people would have more sympathy than the world thinks.

Sounds like Lil Wayne. It's starting to look like he will not live much longer if he doesn't get his shit together. I know he has epilepsy, and the "sizzurp" is killing him.
And I'm willing to bet combining that and seizure meds it making him almost comatose.
