This permanent A+ list singer with the one name thinks she is better than you. All of you. Yes, even you. If she could make you bow in her presence she would. Apparently she also thinks she is above the law and swore to that under penalty of perjury. She thinks there should be different laws for regular people and for celebrities.

I remember when Madonna started her music career in the early '80s. She pushed the envelope then, and she had a following akin to the current Bey-hive. But instead of "growing up" with her fans, she feels she has to compete with the current nitwits who dominate the music scene today. She would have done MUCH better had she given up trying to compete in the "I'm a bigger whore than you" look. Can't stand her now.

Madonna can't kiss Cher's a$$. Rather than become an icon, Madonna decided to take the low road. Cher doesn't care. She makes music when she wants to. Says what she wants to. Puts herself above the fray and doesn't feel obligated to stay relevent because she's had hits in five different decades and has more money than god.
Madonna's prime was my generation. I still love the music, and you have to give her so much credit for writing and producing it herself, but she's so petulant.
She's old hat now, but there was a day when she really was on top of the world. I lived in NYC in the early eighties but wasn't into disco, so even though I really liked her I never went to see her perform. In retrospect I wish I'd made it to the Paradise Garage at least once to see her.

Why does everyone always say Madonna lip syncs? While she has used elements of that in her concerts, for the most part she sings live, and obviously (some might say painfully) so. There are clips of it all over youtube, it's not like it's some secret.
Sir Elton has mentioned it quite frequently. I really think she used the casting couch to get ahead. Theatrics, costumes and overt sexualized behavior distracts the listener from noticing her lack of vocal ability.
celebrities have to remember: they are rich & famous becouse regular ppl like to be entertained & they pay for their singing/dancing/crazy schticks...

Fun fact: Madonna thinks she so deserves special favors that she somehow got her daughter (Lola) into the musical theatre program at the University of Michigan. It's an extremely difficult program to get into, but somehow Lola got a spot. The producer of the theatre program at my daughter's high school which is located in the same town as the University of Michigan has a lot of contacts in U of M's musical theatre program. In fact, faculty members and many of the students in the program are hired as directors, vocal coaches and choreographers for the high school program so there are strong ties. The producer was told by several people in the program that Lola has absolutely ZERO talent. LOL!!!! It will be interesting to see what Lola does with her prestigious degree in a couple of years when she graduates. I'm sure Madonna will pressure people in the industry to hire her and can't wait to see her impressive talent
Guess what folks: There are laws for the "little people" and then laws for the elites. Witness the Hillary Clinton email situation. She did mishandle classified material according to FBI director. Yet, not even a slap on the wrist. So yes, there are two sets of laws.
I wish people would stop being so stupid. If you constantly tell people how great you are it actually means you don't believe it. Truly confident people don't need validation from others. Madonna clearly has low self-esteem. Humans are not hard to understand. SMH

Colin Powell used the same kind of server and received classified email as well as Condi Rice. Karl Rove deleted zillions of emails from the White House server at the height of a scandal and let's not forget Ollie North's love of the paper shredder.

In Madonna's defense: There was no one like her before her. Can you name a female artist like Madonna before Madonna? I can't. Carole King? Carly Simon? Both good singer/song writers, but Madonna was both a persona and performer, a visual icon to be reckon with. Even Chakka Khan, who had the voice, didn't explode like Madonna did. Nowadays, Lady GaGa tries to emulate Madonna and Madonna's success. Pink plays the hard vixen, but Madonna did it first. Say what you will, Madonna, did it first, did it best, and had longevity.

I love Madonna, ever since I was kid. This is about her former apartment on the Upper West Side, which she's held onto, though she lives in a mansion on the East Side now. The board of the building doesn't want her employees or friends staying there, if she's not actually living there.

Powell has admitted he received classified email and so did Rice.
He said that the emails were only labeled "classified" after the fact, the exact same situation as Hillary's classified emails, all labeled after the fact. Suck on that liar.
