I'm trying to post,then I see everyone has my answer. Angie made a mess for herself, she can't travel, the kids probably resent her, and Brad is passing the drug tests. Brad knew she was too fragile to fight, so if Maddox said nothing happened and Brad isn't using, she has nothing. She doesn't want to deal with this now, and considering her past is headed for a breakdown.
