Cara has been staying in her apartment for a couple of weeks at least, now. If they are dating, she must be working towards coming out. Or, Cara is staying there because it's more pleasant staying with a friend than in a hotel. Or maybe Taylor is helping her stay clean.

Remember, Cara's been with Suki (Cannes 2014, we have pics of them getting frisky in the hotel car park), so it might just be that they're back together and Taylor's letting them use the house. After all, it is just a few months since Karlie replied to Taylor's birthday post with that picture that featured the sunflowers…which are the flower for 3rd anniversaries. (Which is what this would be for them.) If they're sending messages of that type, would Taylor really be taking care-a Cara on the side?
