Arguably the two most famous people on Game Of Thrones used to hook up back when the show first started. Then he started seeing someone else on the show who is not as famous and the hookups fizzled out. Apparently though he is now cheating on that someone else with the first co-star again.

The more famous people in the show are Dinklage and Emma Peel, and them hooking up is an image I want to unsee.
I had to look up who the fuck emma peel is (and I watch GOT) so no. Not today.
I...was just about to bring that up. Because I thought the blind was "the two people who *were* the most famous *when the show started*" and that's what my mind immediately went to.. That hilarious imagery. But the blind meant "the two for whom this show became their mega breakout roles and whose characters are shipped by a lot of people and whose plot arcs are suspected to be heading for a collision course even though it's sort of impossible that they could have had an affair because they're never on the same set"
A perfect example of why you can't take any of these blinds seriously. Are Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke gay or not? Also, Harington films in Iceland and Northern Ireland; Clarke films in Croatia. Unless something really monumental is being filmed for Season 7, they are hundreds of miles apart. My opinion, Harington is straight, probably takes advantage of all the tail coming his way, and does his best to keep Rose Leslie in the dark, as I suspect their families are keen for a marriage, as they are both from aristocratic families, and, on paper anyway, are a great match. He looks miserable in their latest pics, however, so who knows?

Early on, they did film near each other, y'all. The set in Belfast is used for interiors for multiple locales.

Clearly Enty does not watch GOT. They are definitely not the two most famous characters. Peter Dinklage wears the crown for that one.
