Blind Item #1

Judging by how aggressive she is in going after this Academy Award winning/nominated late actor's money after death that does not belong to her, his last few years must have been awful.

*Omarosa

Omarosa officially joins Donald Trump's transition team

Considering the level of involvement ex-Apprentice star Omarosa Manigault has had thus far with president-elect Donald Trump, it shouldn't

Pathetic.

Robin Williams' widow?

And yes, it is pathetic to keep bringing up politics under non political topics.

Derek Harvey said...

Well, considering I believe the answer is Omarosa and she works for Trump-that is NOT off-topic. You are just embarrassed to be a self proclaimed Trump supporter as you SHOULD be.

ps. The answer is not Robin. He committed suicide. Michael Clark Duncan died 2 months after suffering a heart attack. And why wouldnt a widow be entitled to money?

As much as I loathe politics, I think perhaps that particular article is relevant to the answer. And yes, I would think a widow would be entitled to the money from their late spouse. Unless there was a provision written into a will or something. Jumping on the Omarosa bandwagon.
Derek, I don't normally agree with you but it's a first today lol

There is a first time for everything. Cheers.

I think this could be Robin Williams. He ex wife was fighting with his kids about a lot of things in his estate. Clearly the last few years of his life must have been miserable may relate to his pre-suicide misery.

The last stories about Omarosa and MCD's estate are from 2013. RW's widow was fighting with kids until Nov 2015. \
That being said the fact that Omarosa was just in the news and connected to Trump and anything connected to Trump must be hated on by liberals could well mean this is supposed to be her no matter how contorted the facts.

Mickey Rooney is who came to mind. His will still being contested was in the news this week.

I need to correct myself. Reading further into the Robin situation-it COULD be him. The kids seem to think his spouse of 3 years should not be entitled to much money. Not sure how I feel about this-they WERE married and the kids prob just did not like her. Like many kids do not like their step-parent. I still think it is Omarosa because she did go after his estate very aggressively and they were not even married.

Great guess--although they were married for 16 years...I always thought the spouse should get the funds-but I guess there is that whole Anna Nicole Smith scenario as well...

Mickey Rooney's dead but making money: Widow wants the cash
MyNewsLA.com-Dec 14, 2016
Oscar-winner Mickey Rooney died in 2014 at the age of 93, but he's still ... One of Rooney's stepsons, Mark Rooney, maintains he and his wife, ..

I think it's meant to be Mickey Rooney, as there were accusations of elder abuse and he and his last wife were living separately. His death was also more expected. However, Robin and his last wife were only married three years, and was disliked by his children.

w/ u,it's very sad, i love Robin in comedy, drama & as a person....

I agree with the Robin Williams guess. Not uncommon when guy passes away and his current wife inherits everything if things are not well delineated in a will. You catalogue and nail down everything, under penalty of no inheritance if you do the shenanigans routine. "Does not belong to her?" The law don't care, if he didn't designate stuff, it goes to her. Sadly. Only minor children have legal protections.

definitely Mickey Rooney. The elder abuse was real, went on for years.

Robin Williams left a very detailed estate plan.
Kids got everything, except house that Robin & wife #3 lived in, plus lifetime maintenance costs for the property.
Grey-ish area being personal items of Robin's in the house.

TBH, I don't know the details of the will but I've heard something alluding to what you are saying. Big ticket items like homes, jewels, and art work are always addressed. Small ticket items are neglected and pettiness rears its ugly head. There is failed mediation over unclear ownership. He prob assumed mature adults would not fight over knick knacks and things.

You should be embarrassed. Trump has done more for this country last week than Obama did in 8 years. He made a business deal that's bringing thousands of jobs to Americans. Do you ever wonder why you're the most hated in the comments? You're a self righteous know it all

Da - Derek is a useless inbred, who spends his sad lonely days on an internet gossip site, fighting with strangers and patting himself on his obese back, when he gets a guess right. He's tragic a loser, and a total leftist cliche'.

Obama is too busy racially dividing the country, selling arms to our worst enemies, supporting pedophile beheading terrorists, and playing golf, what do you expect him to do? Something useful??
Have you not seen how he organised Chicago?

Easy. It's Mickey Rooney, and the controlling wife.
