It's supposed to be Paris Jackson and Macaulay. Probably made up because of the pictures of her painting his toenails, better than shooting up though.
Macaulay Culkin was famously loyal to Michael Jackson, and Paris has a boyfriend, so I'm taking this with a grain of salt. I can't see either of them being so indiscreet that it would already be the subject of a gossip blog just a day later, right down to the movie they were watching. I think it's entirely possible that whoever reported this to Enty made it up.

That's what I'm thinking. I don't think of a godfather as a pseudo relative, though - Culkin wasn't 18 when Paris was born, and hasn't been a father figure.
I guess I'd rather they be a comfort to each other than self-destruct alone.
