She seems embarrassed bu there is no reason to be. This still technically married foreign born A- list mostly movie actress who seemingly starred in one type of movie while married is dating someone not old enough to drink. Yes, her daughter is not that far in age from the boyfriend but everyone says the actress has never been happier, so good for her. Plus, her ex is an a-hole who deserves some payback.

A significantly different version has already appeared in the tabloids. Her daughter signed Kate up for on-line dating sites. Kate started trading email with one seemingly interesting prospect. She did some research on him before meeting and discovered he was barely legal. Kate was mortified but her daughter thought it was hilarious.

I don't know how many people remember her before she got into the Underworld / Pearl Harbor phase of her career, but she used to be in interesting films and always did a good job with them. Then she started to make schlocky movies for her husband, and wasn't as interesting.
She had a return to form in Whit Stillman's "Love & Friendship". I hope it's a new direction for her.
She met my husband when they were toddlers just before her dad died. I tease him that he could have been Mr. Beckinsale.

While I have no doubt Len Wiseman is an ass, Kate did cheat on Michael Sheen with him. So screw her.
Michael Sheen was cheating on her (rampantly) and she said she felt mortified that they were together so long, has a baby, and he refused to consider proposing to her... he wanted to be free to screw around.
And from what I hear, Sheen didn't care, he was relieved. He apparently cheats on everyone.
