Milo was always Milo - whoever says "no one knew" he was a creepy asshole is either stupid, a liar, or both.

During the interview/fluff session, they were giggling together, bonding over their mutual appreciation of 'humour'. Bill had the chance for comedic gold; he floundered & fucked it up royally.
