Which permanent A list rocker is headed for divorce or at least separate lives. The kids are grown and he and wifey just sold their NJ homes. He wants to live quietly on their farm, she wants to live loudly in NYC. At his local hangouts he's famous for making love... err, fast friends with twentysomething size 2, no frills, brunette bartenders and waitresses. He can't resist them and he's got two ladies that he texts with regularly. A few weeks ago, he was supposed to be at an annual fundraiser in his adopted shore town. His equipment was delivered, tuned and waiting for him but at the last minute, he texted one of his lady friends that wifey wanted him in the city to go to a party. That may have been the last straw.

Bruce is a big cheater and hasn't respected either of his wives, he cheated right in front of both of them. I'm sure Patti knew this was coming, this is how she got there.
The giveaway is "adopted shore town". Bruce is forever aligned with Asbury Park. Bin Jovi, though a Jersey boy, does not have a similar connection to any Jersey shore town.

The normal guy like me has dozens of options everyday, and usually do not cheat (I have never cheated, but I do not speak for everyone), even more when they go outside of their town.
These assholes cheat for the same reason that they do drugs, booze hugely, destroy hotel rooms, or say bullshit about politics, because having talent somewhere does not always give you a brain attached.
'Normal' men and women also cheat, you will need to attend for exemple conferences for university professors or businessmen or the integration events d by the companies for their employees. In my country these kind of events are called whore conferences where a lot people got drunk and spent some time in rooms with new 'friend'.

In New Jersey, we are more upset that fake farmers Bruce and Jon pay next to nothing in taxes on their"farms" while the rest of us pay thousands for 1000sg ft homes.
Guesser you are so right about those tax cheats Bon Jovi and Springsteen! I pay out the wazoo on real estate taxes for my very modest home on 2 acres (Pinelands area). These two jerks create fake farms and pay very modest taxes on their mansions and hundreds of acres... Ridiculous

And I'm totally in Favor of farmland preservation, but it should be for people who make their main income from farming. Unless of course BonJovi is secretly making a mint as a bee keeper.
NJ tax board is public records. I just looked up Bon Jovi Middletown, only one part of property is farm, the other 2 have taxes of $209k and $33k. Springsteen's Rumson house had taxes of $44k plus whatever his Colts Neck home has.

Thy do pay property taxes on their homes, but it is misleading to go by the records, as subsidies will be listed as taxes that are paid. For exa mple,the $250 my mother got a low income subsidy was in the records as a tax paid.
Years ago Bruce was named in a lawsuit by the husband of the woman with whom Bruce was cheating. Did Bruce put that in his book?
Also adding,the Colts Neck property has the 200acre farm,taxed at less than $5000, which is about the tax payment on a $100,000house is here. His house on the adjoining g property, is on three acres and he pays about $140000 a year on that. The farms only need to produce $500 in revenue, regardless of size. These amounts are from 2012, they may be higher.

These men are rock stars, ffs. Of course their wives know. When you marry a rock star, you know he'll shag groupies. In fact, these women are probably relieved, think about it: they get an amazing lifestyle, marry a rock god, raise the kids, and don't even have to get mounted every night by the booze-smelling hubby. Win, win.
