No, she doesn't need her permission, but the fact that she doesn't tell him even afterwards means something isn't right.She knows it will be talked about.

Getting your salad tossed is part of the job I guess. Your partner should be aware from the get go and deal with it.

Last week on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, Andy asked Allison if Lena scripts scenes like this because Allison is the only one who refuses to do nudity. Allison answered yes, but it doesn't bother her as much as it used to.
