Apparently old grudges remain between this A-/B+ list mostly television actress who will always be remembered for this iconic role and her B- list former co-star on that show. There was a lot of hey, did you sleep with the guy I ended up getting married to, and if so, I hate you for the rest of time kind of thing going on. So, give it another decade maybe.

Thought there was a recent Buffy thing (?). Like the SMG / Hannigan guess (?). (Or maybe Charisma Carpenter?)
Lea Michele and Naya Rivera. Unconfirmed rumors that Lea slept with Big Sean while he and Naya were engaged and they were still filming Glee.
The show in question is definitely Buffy. They just had a big 20th anniversary reunion, hence the recent interaction and the reference to giving it another decade. Couple really seems to be SMG/Freddie, but not sure about the co-star. My first guess is Charisma Carpenter. With Alyson's husband also a former BtVS/Angel co-star and present at the reunion, that should have warranted some kind of mention. The old grudge may be why Charisma moved to Angel after season 3 of Buffy and why the grudge doesn't get talked about as much as others (like the SMG/Alyson grudge) - because they were on separate shows and separate sets after the first few years.
What ever happened between SMG and Alyson Hannigan? I always wondered . . .

Oh sorry, I was unclear. I meant I do not think the couple is Alyson/Alexis because if it were, Alexis' connection to the show would be mentioned in some way. So I think the couple is SMG/Freddie and the co-star is possibly Charisma. Alyson is not involved as either the angry wife or the co-star in question.
