All the answers this week to the blind items are people who have never previously been an answer to a blind in the past decade.
A few months ago on her 21st birthday, this B- list mostly television actress who has been on the same network show since long before she could drive had to be rushed to the hospital because of alcohol poisoning. Apparently, until that night she never had more than one drink a night. That night she had one drink every few minutes.

Insert a lot of people who turn 21 into this game....nothing says I am a grown up like getting your stomach pumped at the ER.
So she is a semi teetoaler who drank too much the first time. Many people, including me, have been there. The important issue is that she learns her lesson and does not become forever an alec baldwin in his "little pig" video, or a daniel radcliffe any given day.
Did Daniel Radcliffe piss in your cheerios today?

Great guess. Pieterse, from above, is on PLL, which isn't a network show. SG is the best, and maybe ONLY, relevant guess.
