There have been rumours of his cheating going back years in the UK. I don't think she cares beyond the damage to the brand.
No way he is going to leave that adorable daughter for some fresh meat. Together they stand, divided they fall.
If this is the Beckhams, maybe she doesn't mind. Maybe they love each other and want to stay together, but she just lets him do what he wants as long as it doesn't go public. Maybe they don't have the same sex-drive.
You just never know what arrangements certain couples have. I feel like if you are in the entertainment or professional athlete world you need to just have an open situation because bottom line is that you're going to spend a lot of time apart, there are going to be fans and groupies everywhere, and cheating is likely going to happen. At least if the situation is open you're honest about it and the pressure and expectation of monogamy is off. I could never have a relationship like that myself, but I'd also never date a famous person for this reason.
I think there are a lot of couples who would be thrilled with such an arrangement if they could afford so financialy
