hm...if it's a network reality show, the only woman i can find who fits (most of) the description is shawn johnson, but she was married last year.

They are extremely open about being engaged on the show, it would be very hard to lie about it.
Not many A+ former olympians that were on a reality show with a costar. Dancing with stars dancers are mostly dogs so believable it was that show. Lie could have been that engagement was for show or some other bullshit. The whole blind could be/probably is bullshit. Until someone comes up with a better guess I'm going with her for this blind.
I guess, I just don't see this being Simone. She was pretty candid about never having been in with anyone before because of gymnastics, and the show just ended, so it wouldn't be weird if she didn't hook up with anyone since, it's only been a week or two. I think it's an olympian from a former season maybe.
Of course it's Bruce, uh Caitlyn. Very few men want to date a 6' 5" 65 year old transgender. It's hard enough to get dates as a single woman. Just look at her paws, fgs! They're gigantic.

Meryl and Maks maybe? Not hooking up with anyone for about three years would be a big deal, as opposed to someone who hasn't hooked up with anyone in the past six months or less.
They got engaged on the show. It would be a little hard for him to lie about it since the engagement was on national television.
