This foreign born B+ list actress most recently seen on a now defunct long running almost network show has been partying to the point she needs rehab. Although she worked a decent amount this past year in movies, no one is knocking on her door for future projects once they see how much she has been partying.

Nina Dobrev. I don't know what happened to her, she used to care about her career. Her acting wasn't half bad either. Shame
I'm with everyone guessing Nina Dobrev. She's been more concerned with getting photographed and partying than finding new work.
