It doesn't matter for him anyhow, he's ruined his reputation and isn't going to be back in the NFL because the flack any team gets for signing him is much worse than any benefit (probably none) he provides.
IDK about Arena League. Ron Jaworski wouldn't put up with that crap on the Soul. Let's deport him & be done.
