Last week I sent a dozen to a funeral (a friend's father).
I had to send them to Ann Coulter, Cokie Roberts and Dana Bash after my sorrowful performance at our table after the Women In News luncheon at the local all you can eat Chinese Buffet. A girl sometimes can't help herself, especially with a pile of delicious boneless ribs on her plate.
This past Mother's Day, received. I think the last time I sent flowers was for a funeral.
Once and done? Not when it's an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, dear.
I'm bad.
I can't remember when I last time I sent flowers to anyone.
Years ago for the wife. (She'd rather have plants!)
Never for our daughter. (Why would I?)
But, I did sent a card to my Mom for Mother's Day!
So, I guess I'm that bad of a husband, dad, and son.
Oh, well.
I'm too upset about the Fitz and Simmons Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. blind to even remember.

I bought flowers to a holiday dinner i was invited to.
Can't remember the last time I sent them, though. I usually show up in person.
Last spring, our younger son married, and I sent Mother's Day flowers to my DIL's mom, step-mom, and grandmas, welcoming them into our family.
