A lawsuit about to be filed against this former tweener actress turned adult addict singer is troublesome for the singer. Not so much about liability, but because there is the possibility of depositions being taken and some secrets she likes hidden will be blown open damaging to her career.

i don't think Taylor cares much. she doesn't have an innocent pristine persona so anything that could come out about her would just make her more hardcore. she's awesome.

taylor is focusing on the pretty reckless (rock / metal band), she's already quite hardcore and already half naked on stage (but unlike miley her public is adult not kids), doesn't look like she cares that much and I can't see what would make the fan turn against the band.
My thought process is that this Momsen is just fronting. An actual bad ass, for instance, Signe Anderson, she is not. That's the vibe I get though I could be wrong. She's just bad is my take. And I don't think it's the fans but something in the business community where they might say, 'Nope'. Eh.
Same color hair, same color eyes, same etiology (Barney->Disney). I do the same thing because I never saw whatever shows they were on, so to me they're Generic Disney Brunettes.
