I wasn't going to but since it's a pleasant Sunday morning in Las Vegas, I have to ask one question.
Why is Heidi constantly being cheated on?
Is she that lousy of a lover?

I'm beginning to think some people aren't being cheated on but engage in polyamory.
You know come to think of it, many beautiful women get cheated on...maybe she's difficult and demanding? Janine Garafalo made a comment that she slept with a lot of men, but the guys wanted Arm Candy so they all dates (publically) these uber beauties, but rather have a relationship (and sex) with 'normal looking' and intelligent women.
We could probably all agree that Schnabel is the male equivalent of Hunnan's Play-dough faced partner.
Chris Rock's astute observation that men are as faithful as their options helps explain: Women see that goblin with Klum and understand that he must be very wealthy or hung like Bigfoot. Either way, the hideousness and puffy adolescent body are overlooked and his "options" multiply.
And, I'm not trying to be mean either, but... her voice. -- Not to say that a person should be cheated because of the grating, cat scattering characteristics of their voice, but, have you heard her speak?

I think you're all overthinking the issue. Men are simple creatures really. They want someone new. Not better or worse looking not thinner or fatter not younger or older just NEW. then they get tired and move onto another. Vito cheats because he can and because he knows he'll get away with it. He did it before and she clung to him so what is he risking really
I know there are faithful decent men, I've met a few. But in general I think of men as overactive poodles with similar attention span
I think it's likely that her professional success is due to her good genes and luck and she knows it. She's probably too subservient and not demanding enough of her toad to keep him interested. women get walked all over when they act like door mats.
