I don't know why Kris hasn't tried to go the conservator route with Rob. I'm not the expert on his issues and I don't think Kris legitimately has his best interests at heart, but she must want to gain some control over him and try to minimize the fallout he brings on himself and the family. And with his pattern of behavior, I don't think it would be impossible to get a judge to agree.

I don't think she cares that much to be honest. I think she's embarrassed of him, but will use him if she thinks she can make a buck, but I don't think she has maternal feelings for him, or would go through the trouble of a conversatorship. She will probably use the Rob and Chyna drama for rating on Keeping up with the Kunts though. If he's too unstable to make her the 20% agent fee I don't think she will care what happens to him.
