Many of the model establishment put their foot down and said they would not walk for this show if the show did what they did last year and made it about celebrity rather than the established models. The company behind the show backed down between auditions and callbacks and most celebrities/"models" are not being included.

Ratings were down again last year because people are getting sick of the Instagram closeted lesbian squad. Wealthy stage moms like pmk and the Hadid mom have fucked the modeling industry up by using money and influence to strongarm their way to the top. Nepotism at it's most blatant.
But the VSFS has always been about celebrity? It's about getting people talking about the brand rather about the actual clothes since there's hardly any of it. The wings are the only thing I remember from them (wish I could walk around with huge a** wings) but I would be happy if Kendull and Bella weren't in it.
The Insta girl thing is boring now. They are not real models and I think that people are over it. Bring back the models!

True models, shouldn't share a runway with someone there because of nepotism. Especially if they are around 5'3". There is a reason they are high fashion models.

Hailey Baldwin has built her fame by celebrity association and thought she was a shoe in because of her social media following but she got REJECTED!!! KUDOS to VS for finally keeping it legit this time around. Krtis Jenner is Hailey's manager which speaks volumes and why she expects to get everything handed to her. She even started following Bieber again on Instagram in the midst of casting which was funny but expected from her. The girl can not walk a runway to save her life and even in print ads she is unable to give full frontal face because of her botched nose job. The girl is completely plastic with a huge obsession for fame and willing to do ANYTHING to get it even if she has zero talent. I think the only option she has to substain her elite & rich lifestyle is to marry someone famous which is why she is still stalking Bieber who dumped her a long time ago and has absolutely no chance landing him in the future. I actually see her marrying an athlete & having multiple divorces and then later selling a tell all book when she is in her 40-50's.
