A good guess but 2 things bug me; Chloe is 20 and Enty usually calls her a still teenager and B+ at best; Blind seem to imply she was at least A not a while ago and 17 (not yet legal in enty's world).

The video will never be seen. Just like every other sex tape that gets posted about here - it almost certainly doesn't exist.
On this site, "not legal" has been expanded to include people (usually females) who cannot legally buy alcohol. So, under 21, but over 18. Sometimes not legal means not yet 18, but this site plays fast and loose with the phrase.
Not to mention it's illegal to distribute something like this even of adults without their consent.
