This A- list mostly television actress who is permanently associated with this very very long running network hospital show which will probably go on forever has been known to have social media conversations with young fans and does the same out in public. She has never turned down any young fan ever for a photo or an autograph.

I've heard bad about her, so this is nice to read.
I remember she had a diaper charity a few years back to get diapers for needy families. It doesn't surprise me she would be good with fans but good to hear anyway.
