Your Turn

If you pick up one tabloid in the grocery store checkout line, which is it going to be? Or, is it a headline thing?

I always read the Natioal Enquirer. It has a great sense of rumor.

I just read the headlines to avoid paying attention to the idiots I got behind at checkout.
(One older lady was arguing with the clerk that her coupon for water applied to a single bottle. The cashier was trying to tell her it applied to a case.)

Same.. I may glance at the headlines while waiting, but they are usually too ridiculous and unlikely to bother reading about.

I used to love Weekly World News. Come on, Bat Boy? Clintons adopt an alien baby? Pure gold.

None. I'll buy Cook's Illustrated instead.
At least then I'll actually learn something.

When I was in the UK I read the daily star, but just because it cost only 30p, and a good read full of stupidity for a time when I have not wifi for my phone.

I'll usually pick up US Magazine to read the Loose Talk column.

None. I'd rather look at Taste of Home of some other recipe magazine.

Globe! Use to love their snarky comments about certain people. It was quite hilarious. National Enquirer became to republican for me but the globe hlis funny comments and great horoscopes

I avoid certain media outlets, especially the one that stood up for the rapist and the one that tried to hire me under false pretences. I won't even attend events if they're the official media partners.

Yeah, I stopped bothering with headlines too. Figured most are thirsty sensationalist anyway.
