Yeah Don't hey are still all screwed up, maybe even worse now than before since they have money and fame now. It's not like the Laguna Beach people who were totally screwed on that show and some of them actually made something of themselves from it. Even Jersey Shore Snooki turned out decently, not 100% but better than she was on that.

Could be any of them. It's obvious David needs help, and Ryan still needs help. I'm guessing the surprise of Tyler and why he needs to go to treatment for a month, his not sleeping, and overall grumpiness.
If it's supposed to be Tyler I think enty just has it out for him because he called him out.
It's clear david has anger problems, and he tries to act like he's perfect so I could see it being him too.
