@Samantha -- does Bardem have more money than Cruz? She has been in a lot of successful films in her own right. Penelope grew up in a traditional Spanish culture that doesn't encourage divorce, so I can see her staying because of family.
I'm getting the feeling that some of these couples are probably secretly open and poly and Enty is mistaking it for cheating. Wasn't there a blind a few weeks ago wherein Penelope was the cheater?

Being a lapsed Catholic and having visited Espana, yes the kids come first and unhappily married folks stay together till the teen years I know people like this and there are others who get married at the drop of a hat. I personally prefer my sanity and would leave him I the dust.
