The always pale married B+ list mostly movie actress got a breast enlargement. Nothing wrong with that, but she is so thin and so tiny that they don't look anything close to real. I think she thought that too so she also got some cheek fillers and some limp plumping to make her look more curvy. She is even trying to eat more so she definitely looks more healthy than her normal ghost like appearance.

Shame. I liked her just the way she was.
Funny how it doesn't occur to her until after the surgery that curves can be attained through other means. And that she's eating to make the rest of her body match the implants.
Kate was cute in that surf movie. Now she looks like Meg Ryan's little sister.
I've been watching some early 80s & 90s television and it is so refreshing to see womenn with normal size breasts.
Why, oh why, don't these people understand that fillers et al. usually don't make you look better, just different, and usually not in a good way? Why don't they look at their colleagues' distorted faces and learn from other's mistakes?

It's the SoCal aesthetic. They look at each other's faces, stretched and filled to surrealist proportions, and compliment each other on looking younger and fresh.
While it totally baffles the rest of us...
I have searched the interwebs, but I can't find one single picture of Kate with "new" boobs. She looks just the same as she did 5 years ago.
Of course she does fillers and Botox, we all do here in L.A. But hers is very modest, compared to some.
She is really beautiful, btw, but she looks like she has an eating disorder for sure, like most Hollywood girls.

I just Googled her and I applaud the fact she didn't get massive implants. I think she looks really good. It's like she has gone from a push up A cup to a heavier b cup. Nicely shaped and full looking.

What little boobage she has, and it ain't much, she must have gotten in the beginning of her career. She hasn't changed recently.
I saw her in person a few months ago and she is a skeleton. I haven’t seen her new enhancements, but she has been nothing but skin and bones for years. It’s sad because she was so cute before she lost all that weight (which of course she didn’t need to lose, as she was never overweight).
Only thing concerning about her looks is her weight. Fillers and Botox aren't a bad thing if done well and not overboard. There is not a celeb or socialite who doesn't.

They are ALL skeletal in real life. We call then lollipop girls. Heads too big for their stick thin bodies.
Even actresses who aren't even considered anorexic but healthy and sporty, like Jennifer Aniston, are sickly skinny in real life. Everyone is a size 0, or 00.
Here in L.A. you see them all the time in real life, and it's certainly true that the camera adds a few pounds. They are pretty much ALL severely underweight.
