It is a great defense and one of the reasons this former A- list mostly television actress is so front and center right now. You could never get away with this defense at any other time so she is playing it extra hard. The audience is not a jury because she can't get up on the stand and say what she is saying now. But, she is hoping for media pressure to get the case dropped. She knows she screwed up and realizes this is a golden chance she wouldn't have received otherwise.

I don't know much about her history, but the little I do know helps me understand why she is unstable. I just wish peace for her; it seems to be hard for her to find.

Chain of evidence is suspect to say the least. I could defend this in court. I'd be suprised if it goes to court. This is a bullshit set up. Like what was said previously, who the fuck flies with coke in her purse?.

London County is actually borderline hillbilly. County employees, not the federals commuting into DC. Several mega churches out there too. They’ll never drop those charges. Comstocks district. It’s turning purple but still conservative.
I live in Shenandoah County VA. I know 'hillbilly' better than you probably do. Loudoun is 'countrypolitan' by comparison to us.
I don't think she'll totally get off because Prince William County prosecutor has the job now (original DA recused). Won't want to look like outsider screwed it up. Won't be the max but won't be 'not guilty' either.

If it isn't dropped she'll cut a deal, no way she's taking it to trial.
Any person that does coke could leave a baggy in a pocket or a purse and forget about it. Many of my friends have arrived to their destinations overseas to find the surprise they had forgotten about.

For a snowball's chance, she needs to get the right lawyer, who is usually a. substitute judge, to settle it on the golf course with the prosecutor, the judge and a fourth. That's how you get justice in the 757.
