Think about if you would stick around with someone if they did this to you. Dinner this week. Permanent A list musician and A- list mostly television actress who has a new gig across the country beginning soon which would take her away from the musician. So, what does he do? Hits on the waitress in front of the actress and gets the phone number of the waitress and her social media. Says he can get her some work singing and they should go out to dinner the next night. Such a tool.

I think there was a blind about her trying to have his baby but he already had the snip. David had better watch himself around her if he wants to live.

I think she cares more about what he can do for her financially/professionally. If she was upset, maybe because it was done in front of her?
She's about to leave for a gig that's going to take her away from him for a while, and will probably be spending time with people for whom cheating is standard operating procedure. So he was reminding her that he will have options too, and what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Not the most romantic way to handle things, but straightforward enough.
She really needs to stop being dumb and stop pretending to be attracted to that ugly ass old man/men David Foster. He looks like a ripped up sock puppet. I don’t care how many hits he’s had, he’s a douche.
I don't feel sorry for her at all. She sleeps with him strictly for her career.

@Sofie - LOL! Curious, who do people call now? Seems like everyone is stealing songs nowadays. Those songs come from somewhere.
David Foster allegedly ruined Chicago. He & Peter Cetera write soft rock & Chicago wasn't having it. Cetera was going through some things & said writers write what they know; if they wanted him gone so be it.
Foster is/was a huge, if homogenized talent. he's also a total tool, even according to him. He admits it.

Still don't feel bad for her.
