I know I’ve watched his show... but he’s a host on many other shows and thought maybe it was an oversight. He is listed first as a television personality/political commentator
I THINK there was a blind about this "couple" a few months ago and it was guessed to be Jason Chaffetz. I don't remember who the female was.

I don't know who the guy is, but the celebrity offspring must be Bristol Palin who was getting a divorce, but now isn't.
Also explains the whole 'not going to last' given that her marriage was a disaster before it even started.

...would make sense as Sarah Palin endorsed Chaffetz' replacement after he up and quit Congress last year (because he just wanted to quit! yeah right).

This is not about a Duggar by the way, but in some respects, I feel like they have a lot in common. She is very conservative and is young and got introduced to a married politician who is now a talking head. They started meeting for lunches when either was in the same town as the other. That soon led to hookups all over the country and a few members of the press caught wind. The next thing you know, the politician decides to retire. Our reality star left her husband for the politician and kept expecting him to reciprocate. He didn't. He kept promising he would even as they stepped up their time together. Though the older blind points to someone other than Palin. I can't think of anyone who fits it! the woman described would have been already married several years ago, then actually divorced before she recenly went back to her husband.
This one is interesting because Chaffetz resignation (for no real reason given) while Chairing the House Oversight Committee (Russia!) brings up all kinds of speculation on why he would bow out so suddenly. If someone had him over a barrell with this, it would be interesting to know who it was and who was waving the info under his nose

She is 28. Divorced in 2016 after 10yrs marriage. Remarried by Jan this year.

Not all conservative are Christians, btw. I know plenty of atheists who are conservatives.
And people who apparently hate Christians are the only ones who think Christians are perfect. Christianity doesn't mean you think you are perfect, it just means you follow - and sometimes fail - the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The Chaffetz resignation was due to more than an affair, methinks. Let's not forget he ran classified Congressional testimony directly over to Donny, on foot, speeded over to the White House with it as fast as he could.
Then there were the missing 3 weeks of his life for "foot surgery" in CA.
This affair shit sounds like a cover story, to me, though a realistic one.

The disgust for Christians is entirely based on the way they will sacrifice the whole country, everyone in it, our rights, the independence of our judiciary, our laws, our environment, all our regulations and balance of powers, our public schools, internet freedom, our safety and protections...
...so they can feel like god loves them the mostest!
For putting Bush 2 and Trump in office, Christians deserve to be pilloried.
