I don't think it is Scott Disick and Sophia Richie because Richie is clearly a girlfriend (not a mistress) and Disick is no longer in a relationship with eldest Kardashian.

I had a morbid fascination with the Christian Mingle commercials when they started up. Nothing was left to chance. Every detail had to scream Christian! I invented sordid biographies for all the ad "actors" especially the one guy who looked like he climbed out of Mordor.

Do you know how many African Americans voted against Trump's candidate in the Alabama election a few months ago? 99%. That makes Kanye in the 1% of Black voters. And mouthing off things about slavery that further infuriate Black people is pushing him over the edge into disaster, something he created with his tweets. Kanye obviously lost his reason at some point and is testing limits. We shall see how far he is willing to go to sell albums, and if he has any buyers left.
