Speaking of drugs, this permanent A list comedian didn't even bother trying to hide the wide variety of drugs he takes every day. He was fumbling for a piece of paper in his pocket and out on to the table came a pharmacy.

Doesn't he have some mental illness issues? Are these prescribed or illegal?
Dude works out, no more skinny D, could be supplements. Or lithium, Xanax, Oxy, etc. Who cares? Leave Dave alone.

I miss the pothead Chappelle. Pothead Dave Chappelle was FUNNY. Don't care for this new coke-pillhead Chappelle.
Saw him do stand up live a couple of years ago and it was HORRIBLE. Extremely disappointing. Some random dude opened for him. This guy, who was fairly new to stand up, was 100 times funnier than Chappelle.
Dave Chappelle just gave angry rants. He kept walking off stage about every 15 minutes. Come back, ranting again about something he's pissed off about. NONE Of it was funny. You can be a comedian and go on a rant and be funny, but no. Instead, he gave two hours of that angry coke rant w/ a 1-2 min off-stage break every 15 minutes.
What a waste.
Plugging for a new show called Patrick Melrose starring Benedict Cumberbatch has an out of control addict of everything - hilarious! I did not think he had it in him to be that outrageous.

He could be on a variety of legally prescribed pills that he needs to prevent another “trip to Africa”
I saw him do stand up about 6 months ago and he was amazing, and performed for 3 hours in a tiny room at The Comedy Store. Maybe not slap your knee haha funny, but observationally funny in that his take on things is so true that it’s funny. The man is brilliant.
Also, he confessed that he was quite high on edibles, so stoned Dave is still a thing.
I saw him in SF and he killed until 3:30am. He’s still one of the greats. Hasn’t lost a thing. Just can’t find that piece of paper!
