This very old A+ list legend is being sued. The thing is though, his handlers are in on the lawsuit so they can get a piece of any settlement the legend has to pay. They want every cent they can get their hands on before he dies and their control slips away.

Figured there'd be at least one Stan Lee reveal today, with his handler being charged with filing a false police report.
What if anything do we know about the guardian ad litem being appointed in this case? Trustworthy?

Stan Lee seems to be at the point where he has enough lucid moments to convince himself and some others that he doesn't need full time help, but that can be the most dangerous phase.
Elder abuse is the worst. Doesn't he have any family or friends looking out for him? Who does Stan want the $$ to go to? It's not like he can take it with him.
@NachoCheese There have been questions about the motives of Stan's daughter but basically *anybody* around him for the past several months is questionable.
This all needs to go in front of a judge to see how competent Stan is & more importantly to AUDIT ALL of the BOOKS. Including the recent ComicCon takings.
Unfortunate it has to be this way but I'm glad to see a guardian ad litem appointed & LAPD taking an interest.
Horrible watching the vultures circling Stan Lee, I wonder how these people sleep at night. At least something seems to be happening about it now.
Glad LAPD is doing something about this blatant Elder abuse and grand theft. Hope they all go down especially the manager and that missing nurse. Even if the daughter is a bitch, that is not a crime unless there is more to that story. Feel free to call Adult protective Services if you know someone who is being abused! It happens all the time
