It's sad but I've seen this happen to a friend and even my own mother. They stay with these abusive fucks and just take it year after year. Eventually they don't even fight back, they just become numb to it and just ends up taking the beating and abuse and not even cry anymore....and then the abuser leaves THEM!! It's like it stops being "fun" for them. They go on to a fresh victim and the abused is actually in a state of shock and shame but inevitably get into another abusive relationship, the cycle continues. They don't progress because it wasn't them who finally left, they didn't do the work on themselves to progress to not being a victim anymore. It's sad but frustrating to watch as an outsider. How sad is it that your abuser leaves you because your so beaten down its no longer fun and they aren't getting a reaction from you anymore.

Unpopular opinion time: I love FKA twigs' music. She's an amazing artist/dancer.
I don't really care who's with who, so long as she releases new material. If you've seen 'Mr. Robot,' then you heard her 'Two Weeks' during a pivotal scene. It was awesome.
I was really impressed with FKA twigs after seeing her in the Apple commercials. I watched more of her work & I agree with @sc, she’s amazing, IMO.
