I had read somewhere that Michael was disfigured... and interpreted that to be someplace other than his face. Emaciated is a matter of interpretation, he had lost weight - you can see that in the dance photo taken June 23. Almost bald, well constant f'ing/straightening your hair when it is brittle to start with makes that extremely possible.

I think it wold be fine or Katherine to take over custody until something is decided, IF joe was not involved. Look at how he fucked up michael's life. hopefully katherine would be strong enough to not put up with the crap joe inflicked on the kids the first time. the only problem is that katherine isn't young, and probably will be gone in the next 5-10 years.

1 - Enty: The only thing I care about are the kids and making sure they can lead as normal a life as possible. I am scared for them and for what they have gone through the first years of their lives and I want them to be able to go to school and play and not wear masks everyday for the rest of their lives.

I think what Joe Jackson did at the BET awards is par for the course. I'm pretty sure he used MJ his whole life, so why would his death be any different?

Re: the kids- AMEN. I can't see anyone else making them wear those god-awful masks. that always seemed to be Michael's idea and an unhealthy one at that.

But, on the other hand, it's good if those kids aren't marked for life as Mj's. They will always be questioned about their childhoods by anyone with the nerve to venture down that path. I have seen maybe one or two pictures of them but wouldn't recognize them on the street.
