Of course the Rachel/Hayden relationship is pure PR and not real. Rachel is trying to salvage her fading career and Hayden is trying to stop the gay rumors from circulating. The sad thing is the relationship is transparent and I think most people have come to the conclusion that it is for PR purposes only.
