Although this post is from yesterday, I feel a loud "BOOH! HISS!" goes out to the Supreme Court of the United States for voting AGAINST the death penalty for child rapists - WTF?! That says so much of what is wrong with this country. Stand up for what is right - DEATH for those who prey on children. What a bunch of ignorant jerks. Jax, a psychologist friend of mine is asked to testify against child molesters a lot bc he can't be shaken on the stand and is extremely credible and knowledgeable.

He said the current opinion in the psych community is that molesters LIE about being abused to try to get mercy from the court. The only time they ever tell the truth, he says, is when they have to allocute to the crimes to get shorter prison terms. I say they can't be cured and they should be put away for life. Send them away to an island (like Australia started)--they'd die off and purify the gene pool.

Two very sad facts:

1. Rich pedophiles buy their way out of trouble all the time. Just ask all the kids Michael Jackson has paid off - like Jordie Chandler.

2. Pedophiles do not get better. Apparently, it is the one psychosis that is incurable. Prison isn't a deterent. It's in their DNA.
