At 37 weeks one is considered full-term. It kind of fits the BI. You hear in the papers every so often that they "hook up." Plus, there were a few occasions in the past where she looked "bloated." Granted ENT said she looked like she gained weight from rehab food. I don't think ENT would have outed Lohan as a "starlet" or "b- listed in rehab" it would have been too easy to guess.
