People read photos how they want to read them. Yes, they are artsy or edgy or whatever you want to call them and yeah Annie Leibovitz does push buttons. But why is outrage and sex our reaction? The topless photo doesn't strike me as sexual because I can't see that she is topless. Her back is bare, but hunched and not sexual at all. She is more covered than a bathing suit advertisement. Her face looks young, almost cherub like with her round cheeks and she looks less made up than Disney has ever made her up.
