I agree we need to keep SOME people around to snark about, but my preference is for actual people in the industry that work/have worked - not people famous just for being famous. I include Paris Hilton in that group and most reality people. They don't deserve recognition.

I have to say, as annoying as these people are, it's good that there are narcissists to fulfill our insatiable demand for gossip. If they weren't around, the celebs who actually do value their privacy would be under attack much more. However, there is a limit on the famewhoredom I want to see, and Speidi are past it. Reality tv stars are basically glorified game show contestants. I've never understood why any of them become celebrities. I mean, could anyone imagine contestant number 3 from The Price is Right parlaying their 30 minutes on contestant row to a career of being famous for nothing?
