Since at that time, it was thought that Tom was sterile, it was felt that Nic could not pass off the pregnancy as Tom's. She violated a rule of exposing their "arrangement" by getting pregnant when he could not be the father. He hurried to divorce so he was not obligated to the benefits promised after 10 years. <BR/><BR/>The question is, is he truly sterile, or not? Could Suri be a test tube baby? And in reference to the comments of her being mixed race or "Asian" - I think that's a bunch of hooey. If you look closely at Katie's eyes, they have a fold of skin at the inner eyelids.
