They're not doing the show for the union, they're doing the show for the production crew who are getting laid off as a result of the strike. Most of the crews are supporting them despite the fact that it has cost them their jobs around the holidays and their OWN children will be directly affected by that. <BR/><BR/>Sure, needy children can always use the money, but that's the kind of sanctimonious oneupmanship that destroys the point of charity.
