Leif Garrett is an EXCELLENT choice for follicle challenged, but I don't think he's doing anything to stay young.

My first thought was Danny Bonaduce, although I don't think of him as being follicle challenged.

Of the million ways EL could choose to blind Travolta, "teen idol" would have been the million and first, in my opinion. Yeah, he was one, but there are so many other ways to malign him! And I agree that cross-dressing wouldn't shock me, either.

I think Nicole Kidman for #1 is genius. Definitely putting 2 and 2 together, whomever came up with that!

I think #2 and #3 have been figured out pretty well with other site's clues.
