Which iconic pop star is an even better businesswoman than she is a singer? She has allowed the press to misreport her latest real-estate purchase by $3 million to bump up its resale value.

My campaign to tell the world continues:
"alot" is NOT a word
"A lot" means "many." It is two words.
"Allot" means "to distribute between." It is one word.
Ok, bring on the hate. I won't stop the campaign.
Yawn. Madge.
Your campaign is dumb.
gotta be madonna .. she just purchased her like upteenth house in London ...
lol.. i kinda like the campaign because my english vocabulary sucks.
Your words hurt me aLOT.
~SisterMaryHotPantz
"a lot" for president!
Madonna. That one was easy.
Didn't Christina just buy the Osbornes house in LA? Dont know if she's considered iconic just yet, but maybe...
Screw off ALOT
What about a lot next to me is open and I might purchase it? In that case a lot does not mean too many so in other words, who cares about how people spell something we still know what they mean and this is a blog not an english paper.
hannah montana. hands down.
Too easy!!! :)
"alot" is not a word said...
Ok, bring on the hate. I won't stop the campaign.
"Ok" is not a word. OK is more acceptable.
It's either OK or O.K. or okay. Not "Ok".
You are right!
Want to join my campaign?
"OK" for vice-president?
Alot Alot Alot Alot
you are not my momma
go handslap your own kids
lmao My grade 8 teacher used to make us write essays and lines if we spelt a lot as 'alot'. I will never forget how spell a lot 'cause I had to write it out a lot.
And the "s" in Illinois is silent.
And the plural of potato is....
I often seem to get "a lot" wrong, but spell check catches it for me. But now with this exchange, I am quite sure I will remember it always!
A good service has been performed here, of that there can be no doubt.
"A lot" for president indeed! And why not - OK/okay/O.K. for vice president!

Thank you. Please address the fact that noone is NOT no one!
