Judges Must Love Rent-A-Boys
Pete Doherty was released from jail this morning because he was found to have not violated his bail. All I have to say is that when Pete was selling his body he must have taken the time to f**k every judge in London for free. Can anyone come up with any other explanation of why he was let free?
Yes, I know there is the technicality that he had to have been brought before a judge within 24 hours of his arrest and wasn't. But, did anyone think that someone behind the scenes was shuffling things so Pete wouldn't show up until after 24 hours?
I'm definitely not a conspiracy guy, BUT this rule has been in effect forever and the police must have a routine for getting people in front of a judge before the 24 hours expires.
Because this was thrown out, I'm not sure what effect it's going to have on his next court appearance. If you remember, when Pete went to court a week or so ago, the judge told him to stay clean or Pete would do jail time. The problem with this latest arrest was it's just an arrest and not a conviction so the judge can't use it against Pete. Now, it's possible they gave Pete a drug test in jail and so if it turned up positive then he should get sent to jail, but probably won't because Pete gave some judge a blowjob when he was 14.

Sounds like Britain's legal system is as useless as Canada's. Same dusty parliamentary system. It breeds fat lazy judges who never really have to answer to their public.
I was thinking the same thing ENTY when I read this story. At least maybe he got a shower while he was in there though. uugghhhh he skeeves me out more then jeremy piven and keith richards in a warm wet embrace!! ~Stacey
I just don't see how he cannot be sentence involving a lock on the next court date. Pete has the judge dickmatized.
