Nicole Kidman Is A Diva Who Doesn't Get Her Way
This past weekend was the National Rugby League Final in Australia and while not as popular as the Super Bowl, it is extremely popular and almost impossible to get tickets for. Well of course when you are Nicole Kidman, nothing is impossible. She phoned up the stadium two days before the game and wanted ten people to get in.
Stadium officials offered her 10 tickets at midfield. Nicole Kidman refused and said she wanted a private box. At that point, stadium officials told Ms. Kidman that perhaps she and her friends would prefer watching the event from home.
You have to love it.
Very refreshing to read; I love it. I have always thought Nicole was another celeb who can be really hellish but always gets a pass on that from the media.
ReplyDeleteOz sounds like Brooklyn: I like it!
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't say she was a bitch, just that she refused the tickets amongst the crowd. Probably because she wouldn't be able to watch it for people taking her picture and trying to get her attention. She should have tried to get tickets and a private box earlier, but whatever, don't all celebrities think they can have anything they want? I like her and I think she is totally misread by people. Not saying she doesn't or hasn't thrown fits before, but I think she is a lot more mellow than people think. Maybe I'm just an optimist!
ReplyDeleteBetcha Lindsay Lohan would have been able to get a box.
ReplyDeletebrendalove - betcha she wouldn't. Perhaps you don't know Australians - they don't have time for anyone who is snooty, throws a tantrum or acts like they deserve whatever they want/demand/ask for. God bless 'em!
ReplyDeleteThey prob thought it was Tom on the phone anyway...
ReplyDeletedoes the jackass comment refer to the BI about the actor trying to pocket someone's money when they dropped it?
ReplyDeleteSuck shit nic!!
ReplyDeleteI am an aussie and she should have known better than to pull a stunt like that!!
Besides, she should of just asked Russell!!
The Footy grand final is basically a working guys holiday (long weekend) with labour day holiday to recover from it the next day.
Sorry for the rant. I felt so sorry for nic when her and tom split up but I believe she is showing her true colours now... especially with that recent interview...
