  5. Because of the words macho & crooner I say Tom Jones.

  6. I love Mark Morrison. I loved the story back in the day when he had community service and had one of his minders to do it for him. He was, and always will be, The Mack.

  7. How about Michael Buble?

  8. I thought of Tom Jones as well. He doesn't strike me as someone who would necessarily lie about going for a pedi though. Seems like a pretty secure guy.

  9. Who cares? Just shows that he knows what's good for him. Who doesn't love manny-peddies??

    Michael Jackson.

    *bows to thunderous (imaginary) applause*

Wow, what a terrific audience. But seriously, folks, it's Bing Crosby...zing!

  13. judi: your hubby also doesn't LIE about it and say he's going to the gym to look like a tough guy, though. That's the part that's funny. I smell Timberlake....

  14. wtf's wrong with you people??

    Michael Buble?
    Harry Connick Jr?
    Robin Thicke?

Could you pick more 'unmacho' guys? Seriously?

    Macho=MANLY

I think those three would be considered "sensitive", not MACHO.

    Daily Mirror....Mark Morrison....nuff said.

  15. I'm glad this guy gets mani-pedis; a lot of guys have gross hands and feet and NEED it. I say, good for him!

  16. That's true, ragdoll, and leads to what grace said. It's part of basic grooming and if they can afford to pay someone to do it for them, where's the problem, you know? So... macho. Hmmm. I don't think anyone would be surprised if this was Robbie W., and don't think Buble has ever seen the inside of a gym, but have to ask, who's Mark Morrison? Have never heard of him.

  20. As a spa manager, I see more and more men coming in for mani/pedis, massages and even facials. It won't be long before a story like this won't be newsworthy, never mind a BI.

While I'm thinking about it, a story the ladies will like...

Some time ago, one of my estheticians came up to me, looked straight up {I'm much taller than she} and said, "you need to wax your nose," meaning the nostrils.

As a man, my first reaction was "are you out of your *&^%$ mind???!!" But as a manager I thought, "I should try this to see if it's something we can offer." So I agreed to do it.

Because it was so unusual and sounds dreadfully painful, nearly my entire {sadistic} staff gathered around to see if I would live thru this.

I was a good boy. I didn't cry, didn't scream, didn't even complain, much to the disappointment of the crowd. Those of you who have been waxed before know exactly how I felt and I can now say I literally feel your pain.

And for the record, I've gone back and had it done again since.

  21. "you need to wax your nose"

Sounds painful and ill advised, do you know that those hairs function as a barrier?

one thing is to trim, but I don´t think waxing is a good idea.
