Dunst and Lohan were my 2 guesses cause they both hang out in NY a lot. I'm going to go with Dunst, cause she was in rehab more recently than LiLo was.
But Dunst was only in for "depression".
It's Lohan. With all the swirling rumors that she and Sam are going to breakup, it's probably 'cause she's using again.
I think it's Lohan. The "toxic" clue is because Michael Lohan recently referred to Lindsay's relationship with SamRo as "toxic".

Where was she that she needed to cut up her drugs on a Blackberry screen? And what the hell kind of drug was she doing that would melt the screen (assuming that it's not the cheapest screen ever)?

Well, after watching the "colored" interview with Lohan the other day, I'm seriously doubting her sobriety. To put her in a blind item seems too easy though. She was my first thought but it could be Dunst or Eva Mendez also...who else has been to rehab recently (that we know of)?

how f***ked up do you actually have to be to still put the stuff up your nose after watching it melt the screen of a blackberry. - if you had the money would you maybe try and find some other stuff instead - ok addiction probably explains it - but their poor nose!!

didn't the (even) more disreputable dealers occasionally cut the shit with drain cleaner? or is that an old wive's tale like razor blades in apples? seems to me that drano would eat through a screen, but maybe not in time to keep someone from snorting it.
there's a lesson to be learned here... know your dealers, people!!

I think it's Lindsay because she looks like she's starting to skinner and less healthy looking again. Maybe her drug use contributed to her shortened appearance on Ugly Betty?
